But also stories born of passion, knowledge and humor. From people who make our city so special. This is what we want to share with you. Dit is mijn stad, dit is Amsterdam.”- DIMS
They invited me to be part of their dream project. They wanted a playful logo, representing the history of the city of Amsterdam.
To make sure the logo was playful, I started to draw illustrations by hand. And to show the history of the city I chose to literally to show the city.
The colours brown, orange and blue represent the land, the buildings and the water in the city. The colour yellow adds a little touch of sunshine.
